Stay

Amanzi offers four intimate, canvas-and-teak luxury tents nestled under a grove of winterthorn trees. Each tent features an indoor bathroom and a private veranda with sweeping river views. Two tents form a spacious family unit, ideal for exclusive use by small groups or multi-generational travellers.

Safari

Guests can enjoy twice-daily game drives, walking safaris, or tranquil canoe trips along the Zambezi’s channels. The camp’s position near the Ngwenya Channel makes it perfect for river-based wildlife encounters, from elephant herds to rare bird sightings. Fishing, boating, and stargazing round out a deeply immersive wilderness stay.

Setting

Tucked beneath mature trees along a quiet stretch of the Zambezi, Amanzi lies just upstream of the Lower Zambezi National Park. The camp overlooks a mosaic of floodplains and islands frequented by elephants and hippos. Its remote setting offers serenity while still providing exceptional access to wildlife-rich areas.
